A small, intimate wedding often allows for more money to be spent on the smaller details such as the wedding favors, than a larger wedding with more guests does. Indeed the big trend for 2009 has been to hold small intimate weddings but which are filled with luxury and sophistication. This trend can give you the opportunity to create some wonderful luxury style favors that will wow and delight your guests. Here are some suggestions for wedding favors with class! Chocolates always go down well with wedding guests but you can choose to give some luxury handmade chocolates with some unique flavors. Why not visit a chocolatier and ask them to create some custom chocolates especially for you? Champagne is always associated with luxury and whilst full bottles of bubbly may seem a little over the top, smaller half bottles would be more appropriate. If you cannot afford champagne then opt for bottles of sparkling wine or of types of favor with a champagne theme such as candles, bath salts or chocolates. Silver plated items always have the appearance of luxury, but are relatively inexpensive. Look out for things like compacts for the ladies and money clips for the men or how about photograph frames, bud vases or wine coasters? For a simple gift idea why not give gift vouchers for a gift boutique or even for a restaurant? Your guests can then choose something that they really like and which will always remind them of your wedding day. Put together small goody bags containing beauty products (men and womens) in sample sizes. Many manufacturers and brand names produce their products in sample or trial sizes and if you contact the vendor or manufacturer directly they may be willing to offer a discount for buying so many. Finally, why not give out bags which contain a selection of the suggestions above. You can three of four items together in a nice gift bag and add in some edible items such as custom cookies, candies or chocolates.
